Account Executive (AE) – North America –

Hansel is looking to hire our first cohort of Account Executives (AE’s) to join our team. As an
Account Executive you will be responsible for managing deal cycles from generation through to
close. You will be the primary contact with the customer and have the responsibilities of,
demoing Hansel, working with sales engineering for technical assistance, successfully navigating
a proof of concept, and negotiating contracts. This position works closely with the Sales
Development Representative and the management team to develop and execute a strategy for
the territory. As an AE you will be accountable for the plan to hit your territory goal, with the
full assistance of the company to make you successful.

● Deliver on quota expectations
● Manage all sales activities, including self-sourcing new business, working with Sales
Development Reps, uncovering customer challenges, painting the vision for
Hansel’s value and negotiating contracts
● Exhibit proficiency at creating and nurturing executive relationships on their own
while still relying on the Hansel team as needed
● Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
● Accurately forecast revenue goals using CRM and industry standards
● Build pipeline both personally and using your inside sales and partner teams
● Work with leadership, Account Development, Marketing and Product teams to
create and execute on pipeline-generating activities
● Identify high potential companies who can benefit from Hansel’s solution

● Minimum 3-5 years proven track record of Enterprise sales experience
● Demonstrated ability to sell SaaS in the complex Enterprise B2B space
● Creative thinker, problem solver, and self-motivated
● Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tool
● Knowledgeable about the digital marketing space
● Excellent communication and presentations skills
● 4 Year College degree
● Ability to work in a team environment internally and ability to create relationships
with clientele
● Ability to understand and position technical products with a strong business value
proposition for a variety of personas ranging from Chief Technology Officers, Chief
Product Officers, Product and App owners, Chief Marketing Officer, Growth and
Retention Teams.
