Sales Development Rep (SDR) – North America –

Hansel is looking to hire our first cohort of sales development reps (SDR) to join our team. Can
you quickly build rapport and cultivate prospective customer relationships? Would you describe
yourself as “professionally persistent” “organized” and “love to hustle”? Are you interested in
SaaS and/or Digital Customer Experience? If this is you, we want you on our world-class SDR
team at Hansel!
● Identify high potential companies who can benefit from Hansel’s solution
● Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads, often acting as the first person
to speak to a potential customer
● Partner closely with experienced Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives to
ideate and execute on effective prospecting strategies to generate Sales Accepted
● Develop, test and iterate messaging across multiple industries and personas
● Codify and contribute learnings and best practices to the Outbound process and
team members
● Use a data driven approach to identify success and focus on optimizing conversion
rates which will move the needle
● Maintain high call volumes with precision follow-up
● Organize and prioritize outreach, demos and follow-up to qualified prospects
● Entry level to 1 year of sales or professional experience
● 4-year college degree required
● A strong interest in building a career in sales

● Entrepreneurial mindset – eager to advance through clearly defined learning and
earning paths
● Self-disciplined, organized and ambitious. Able to consistently hit daily, weekly and
monthly objectives
● Go-getter attitude that displays initiative and persistence, all with a competitive
● Positive and energetic attitude with exceptional communication skills
● Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections a must
● Ability to work in a high-energy, sales-team environment
● Cold calling, sales training, and experience is a plus but not required
● Ability to understand and position technical products with a strong business value
proposition for a variety of personas ranging from Chief Technology Officers, Chief
Product Officers, Product and App owners, Chief Marketing Officer, Growth and
Retention Teams.
