Event based Reporting
Understand the impact of nudges on the primary goal you're optimizing. Your primary goal can be organized into 3 categories: Event count (for eg. count of button clicks), conversion (for eg. unique payers) or sum of property (eg. sum of video watch times).
Your customers and users don’t live in a vacuum, so your KPIs shouldn’t either. Personalized interactions and experiments have up and downstream effects on other KPIs. Measure an unlimited number of secondary goals and events impacted by the main product intervention, whether its an interaction, experiment or roll out.
Every node in the journey map represents a user state, that is based on user behaviour or attributes. Simply click on any such node to view the impact on primary and secondary goals for that user state.
All nudge changes made within the journey builder are placed within a timeline to visually showcase the before-after impact on key metrics. Understand which nudge, deployed when, truly moved the needle.
